This Privacy Policy for Forte Nexus, Inc. and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors (collectively, “Forte”, “we”, or “us”) is intended to inform you about how we treat all the information that we receive and process about you (“Your Information”).

This Privacy Policy incorporates our Terms of Use and many of the definitions in it.

If you do not agree to any part of this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Use, then you may not use the Service.

What We Collect

We may collect various pieces of Your Information to help us provide the Service:

  • information that you provide by completing forms on Forte (for example: your name, email and postal addresses, telephone number, country of residence, and birth date)

  • information that you submit to Forte while using the Service (for example: comments, messages, images, videos, data from a wearable device relating to your performance in an activity)

  • communications you send to us (for example: when you ask for support, send us questions or comments, or report a problem)

  • information about your activity on and interaction with the Service, such as your IP address, the type of device or browser you use, the things you click on, how you use the site

  • information related to your transactions, whether purchasing subscriptions or receiving payments

We and our partners may use tracking technologies such as web beacons, pixels, and cookies in the Service. A "cookie" is a piece of data stored on your computer that is tied to information about you.   • present classes and studios to you which we believe will be of interest to you

Required disclosures

Though we make every effort to preserve member privacy, we may need to disclose your Private Information when required by law or if we have a good-faith belief that action is necessary to (a) comply with a current judicial proceeding, a court order, or legal process served on our website, (b) enforce this Privacy Policy or the Terms of Use, (c) respond to claims that your Private Information violates the rights of third parties, or (d) protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Forte, its members, and the public. You authorize us to disclose any information about you to law enforcement or other government officials as we, in our sole discretion, believe necessary or appropriate, in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringements, or other activity that is illegal or may expose us or you to legal liability.

Removal

Upon your request, we’ll deactivate your account and remove Your Information from our active databases. Upon our receipt of your request, we will deactivate your account and remove your Private Information as soon as reasonably possible in accordance with our deactivation policy and applicable law. We will retain in our files information you may have requested us to remove if, in our discretion, retention of the information is necessary to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems, or enforce the Terms of Use. Also, your information is never completely removed from our databases because of technical and legal constraints (for example, we will not remove your information from our backup storage).

Email

We want to communicate with you only if you want to hear from us. We try to keep emails to a minimum and give you the ability to opt out of any marketing communications we send.

We may send you service-related announcements on the rare occasions when it is necessary to do so.

General

To modify or delete Your Information, please log in and update your profile. We may retain certain information as required by law or for necessary business purposes.

On request, we will give you a copy of all the personal information about you that we hold. This information request is subject to a fee not exceeding the prescribed fee permitted by law.

People under 18 (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) are not permitted to use Forte on their own, and so this privacy policy makes no provision for their use of Forte.

Information that you submit through the Services may be transferred to countries other than where you reside. We will protect all information we receive in accordance with this privacy policy.
